Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ranch dressing gives this favorite pasta dish that
extra boost of tangy flavor kids love.
You’ll need:
8 oz. whole wheat fettuccine, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
½ cup
Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light dressing
½ cup fat-free half & half
¼ cup fat-free cream cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast meat, cut into 1” chunks
Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, except add broccoli to pasta water during last 4 minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, mix ranch dressing, half & half, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil until golden brown. Add drained cooked pasta and broccoli to chicken.
- Stir in sauce mixture. Heat through. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, if desired.
